Demonstration Area

Under The Public Assembly Act B.E. 2558, any person who intends to organize a public assembly shall notify intention to Royal Thai Police (head of police station of the locality) at least twenty-four hours prior to the start of public assembly. A public assembly must be organized in a peaceful manner and without weapons.

Specifically for the Annual Meeting 2026, The Royal Thai Police has designated demonstration area next to paddle boat rental by the lake in front of QSNCC as a specific venue for public assembly (Peaceful Demonstration Area).

Any person who uses this demonstration area are exempted from notification of public assembly under public assembly act B.E. 2558. However, the assembly must be organized in a peaceful manner and without weapons and must not compromise national security, public safety, public order, public morals, or public health, nor infringe upon the rights, freedoms, or human dignity of others and adhered to the Related laws and Regulations.
